Bring slippers or cozy socks! We have a NO shoes policy in the house ➢NO smoking or vaping of any kind indoors ➢NO parties and outdoor loud music are prohibited, please be considerate of our neighbors and observe outside quiet hours from 10pm – 8am ➢ONLY registered guests are permitted on premises ➢ parking is not permitted on the road, please park on the property (limit 2 cars). Parking is available onsite for toy haulers, trailers and RV style vehicles. ➢ Very important! Please note: we are on a septic system, please flush ONLY toilet paper. This is to ensure the toilets work properly during your stay. We have posted reminder signs near the toilet as a reminder. ➢ Help us conserve our natural well water! Shower before you enter the hot tub (to help keep the water sparkly clean) Our hot tub gets a thorough cleaning between guests. Please shower before getting into hot tub to remove any dirt or lotions. No salts, bath bombs, or bubbles, please. To prevent accidents, kindly refrain from using glassware. We provide plastic cups as a safer alternative. Take a moment to consider if these guidelines align with your preferences and those of your guests. Neglecting to do so may result in the need for draining and additional extensive maintenance, incurring an extra $300 fee. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. Hot tub is fully covered for your enjoyment year round. There are specific blue striped towels to use for the hot tub only. Please do not use the regular bath towels. ➢ limit the length of showers ➢run dishwasher and laundry machine only when full ➢ Your security is important to us. The home is fitted with exterior cameras facing the front and backdoors only. The interior of the home as well as the hot tub area has no cameras and is completely private. Pets: While we absolutely love pets, keeping a space allergen-free is crucial. We kindly ask you to leave your furry friends at home. Power Outages: In case the power goes out, we have a whole house generator that will automatically kick on within in seconds to restore the power. Cell Phone Service & Wifi: Cell phone service is spotty in this area. Verizon is the only service that works in this area. In the case you don't have service, take the opportunity to enjoy the activities that we have suggested. Please enable Wi-Fi calling to achieve the best calling option. Internet - We have high-speed internet using with StarLink. We have not had any issues with this but a storms could impact the service Firewood: We don't provide firewood, but you can grab some at the nearby general store if you're planning to use the outdoor fire pit. We recommend purchasing supplies prior to your arrival, as the nearest grocery store in Ashford has only the basic supplies, beer and wine. There are a few restaurants, an art gallery, and a gas station in town. 🗻November 1st through May 1st chains are required in your vehicle regardless of 4x4 capabilities to get inside Mt.
